Volunteering

Why Volunteer?

"I used to be a school teacher; I miss the kids. Combining my love of gardening and the outdoors with teaching seems like a great way to do something satisfying for myself and help Tyler."

"Our family had so much fun at Pumpkin Days last year, I decided this year I'd like to get involved."

"I'm too young to be totally retired. Could you use someone in the office one day a week?"

These are just some of the many reasons Tyler volunteers give for wanting to get involved. Fortunately, there are as many varieties of jobs as there are people to fill them. And we always need help! For a non-profit organization like Tyler, volunteers are a vital resource that makes many of our programs and activities possible.
