When the sun sets, imaginations run wild as the night comes alive with supernatural creatures and beasts of mythical proportions. Nightfall, a live acrobatic exhibition, comes to Tyler Arboretum on Tuesday, July 15, from 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.!
Taking place in Tyler Arboretum’s Native Woodland Walk, guests will take a mild hike on illuminated paths through the woods while encountering a panorama of mythical woodland creatures performed by the acrobatic actors of the Almanac Company. Multiple “habitats” throughout this spectacle await discovery, each one different and more fantastic than the last. This physical theater performance gives guests an exciting evening of magic and imagination within the Arboretum’s historic grounds.
In order to keep our visitors and performers safe during the event, we ask that everyone follow these guidelines:
- Wear footwear suitable for uneven terrain.
- Strollers are not permitted.
- Flash photography will not be permitted during the event.
- In order to maintain dark-adapted vision, flashlights will only be allowed with red filters (filters will be available at no charge).
This event is totally free and no pre-registration is required! Nightfall is most suitable for ages eight and older.
