Hoping to see lots of different birds? Historically, the greatest diversity of migrating and resident bird species at Forsythe may be seen at just about this time. Join co-leader Tom Reeves to explore this important area of tidal wetlands and shallow bay habitats at the South Jersey Shore which makes up part of the Atlantic Flyway. Following some rewarding birding,co-leader Richard Brenner will take participants to visit the dunes at Brigantine Island to observe a mature sand dunes community in search of wildflowers and other shore life.
