Enjoy a great day of birding at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge with trip leader Sue Lucas. Bombay Hook lies on the Atlantic Coastal Plain along the western shore of the Delaware Bay. Covering nearly 16,000 acres, the refuge contains extensive tidal salt marsh interrupted by winding rivers and creeks. These diverse habitats attract bald eagles, breeding ducks, shorebirds and early spring migrants. Please bring a lunch, field guides, and binoculars. Beverages, snacks, and transportation will be provided.
