Located on the northern tip of Long Beach Island, New Jersey, this state park is a great location for wintering waterfowl, such as red-breasted mergansers, common elders and harlequin ducks, as well as shorebirds and other winter inhabitants. Join Sue Lucas as we search along the shore and jetty on this interesting birding adventure. Transportation, beverages and snacks provided; bring a bag lunch, binoculars and field guides. Dress for the weather. Hiking shoes are also strongly recommended, as there are rocky areas.
Pre-registration required; $55 members, $65 non-members
