For centuries, hard-shell gourds have served as a variety of implements.
More recently, they have been used as birdhouses, especially for purple martins. Now, artisans are creating beautiful works of art with these natural garden fruits. Join Karen McDonald for a fun winter day creating and decorating gourd birdhouses.
Wear old clothes and bring a brown bag lunch – we will supply the beverages. Fee includes all materials.
