Birding enthusiasts are invited to participate in this annual tradition. During a three week period thousands of volunteers throughout North and South America assist in collecting data about bird sightings that is used to assess the health of bird populations and help guide conservation action. Arise early and join Tyler’s experienced birders at 5:00 am to search for owls and other nocturnal and dawn birds. After a break for breakfast at a nearby restaurant (buy on your own), venture out again to search our woodlands and meadows to look for both common and unusual birds.
